Standard Digital Releases Taboo VI for First Time on DVD as Kirdy Stevens' Signature Series Edition
Starring all-time favorites including Alicia Monet, Britt Morgan, Krista Lane, Nina Hartley, Tiffany Storm, Joey Silvera and co-directed by AVN and X-Rated Critics Hall of Famer Kirdy Stevens, the Kirdy Stevens' Signature Series edition of Taboo VI is also notable for the contribution of the late Robert McCallum, also an AVN Hall of Famer, as co-director of the title.
"McCallum was a director who had straddled both the adult and mainstream industries," Standard Digital President and Kirdy Stevens' son Steve Stevens said. "He frequently worked with Hollywood legend Orson Welles, and directed for TV, film, commercials, documentaries and even music videos. But he was just as comfortable in the X-rated industry, not only working on Taboo VI with my dad, but also on memorable films from the Golden Age like Amanda By Night."

With more than 25 years since the production of its first volume, Taboo is a name that still sells, Islas added, noting the numerous other series of the same title.
"But nothing else is the Original Taboo," he said. "Every year Iım amazed at how these titles continue to sell and sell out. Fans of classic adult collect each and every volume of the series and retailers can't keep them stocked."
